  1. Language: The primary language of this forum is English. All posts and messages should be written in English to ensure that all members can participate and understand the discussions.
  2. Be respectful: All members should treat each other with respect, and refrain from using abusive language, personal attacks, or insulting behavior towards other users or forum staff. Any form of discrimination, racism, or hate speech will not be tolerated.

  3. Stay on-topic: Posts should stay relevant to the technical support issue at hand, and users should not stray off-topic. If you have a new question, create a new thread instead of hijacking an existing one.

  4. Provide details: When seeking technical support, provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing. This will help other users and forum staff to understand the problem and provide more accurate solutions.

  5. No spamming: Do not post irrelevant or unsolicited content, advertisements, or self-promotion. Only post links to external sites if they are relevant and useful to the topic.

  6. No piracy or illegal activities: Do not promote or discuss any form of piracy or illegal activities, including hacking, cracking, or any other illegal activities.

  7. Be patient: Technical support forums can be busy, and it may take some time for users to respond to your question. Be patient, and avoid bumping your post multiple times in quick succession.

  8. Follow instructions: If a forum staff member or moderator provides instructions on how to solve a problem, follow them carefully. If you are unsure or have questions, ask for clarification before proceeding.

  9. Report rule violations: If you see any rule violations, report them to the forum staff immediately. Do not engage in arguments or confrontations with other users.

  10. Do not share personal information: Do not share any personal information, including email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses on the forum. This includes sharing the personal information of other users.

  11. Have fun: While the technical support forum may not be the most exciting place on the internet, try to enjoy the experience and learn as much as you can from other users.
