This month I acquired a Plus Workstation license and then installed it on a Temporary PC, is it possible to switch the license to another PC by deactivating it at any time, how does I operate in that sense?

yes that is possible. Although he Workstation+ license can only be used on 1 device simultaneously, it can be switched to another machine by deactivating the license first. The process of switching machines is limited to 6 times a year.
