Hello,

I recently upgraded my QuickHMI Editor to version 12.6.1. My project opens and saves without any issues, and when exported, it runs perfectly with the Windows Runtime Manager after an automatic update.

However, I'm encountering an issue with our production environment, which is hosted on an EC2 Linux server. After importing the project using the Linux Runtime Manager (version 12.5.2), the runtime manager detects that an update is needed (to version 12.6.1). It attempts the update but fails to find an update file, so the runtime remains on version 12.5.2.

Although the project appears to load using the older runtime manager version, the data sources fail to connect.

The data sources are 1 x API connection and 1 x MQTT connection.

Here's the output from SSH for reference:

root@3fd565562b7d:/home/quickhmi/QuickHMIServer Jellyfish# qhmiRM -i MT_Adde_SCADA_R2.7.qexp -instance=1
QuickHMI Console Configurator 12.5.2

The runtime service 'QuickHMI_Server_Jellyfish' is not started.

Starting service now...
...
Service started successfully.
Import successful.
Update available
Through the import of a project, a different server version was provided.

To ensure the best possible compatibility between the project (12.6.1) and the server (12.5.2), the server will now be patched to version 12.6.1.

This process usually takes only a few seconds. Please try restarting the Console RuntimeManager in a few seconds.

After restarting, the Runtime Manager remains on version 12.5.2:

root@3fd565562b7d:/home/quickhmi/QuickHMIServer Jellyfish# qhmiRM -r
QuickHMI Console Configurator 12.5.2

The runtime service 'QuickHMI_Server_Jellyfish' is not started.

Starting service now...
...
Service started successfully.

### Instances ###
1 Stopped MT_Adde_SCADA_R2.7.qexp
2 Create new instance

Please enter an instance ID to continue (or 0 to exit):

When do you expect to have a 12.6.1 version of the Linux Runtime Manager to resolve the issue with the missing update file and data sources failing to connect?

Thanks in advance!

Please ignore this post, I had some issues with the environment that prevented the Linux runtime updating. Now it's working OK
