PLCcom – industrial communication SDKs for .NET and Java
The SDKs and libraries are aimed at developers, mechanical engineers, system integrators and manufacturers of commercial industrial software who wish to integrate protocol functions directly into their applications.
Designed for software that is delivered, maintained and used by the customer over the long term.
The PLCcom product family
PLCcom for S7
Supports symbolic and address-based access, PUT/GET communication, as well as typical read and write access for HMI, SCADA, service, test bench and data acquisition software.
PLCcom for Modbus
Supports Modbus TCP, UDP, RTU, RTU over TCP, ASCII, as well as Secure Modbus TCP with TLS, PKI and certificate verification.
Register values can be processed as 16-, 32- and 64-bit data.
PLCcom OPC UA SDK
It includes client, server and PubSub functionality for applications that wish to integrate OPC UA communication directly into their own software products.
For professional industrial software
in HMI and SCADA systems, machine and plant interfaces, test bench software, service tools,
Data loggers, gateways, edge applications and integration solutions for production and control systems.
They provide the communication functions on which developers can build their own workflows, user interfaces, data models, diagnostic functions and integrations.
Component selection under the CRA
This also brings the selection of integrated components more into focus.
