Please note the following renewal conditions:
Your maintenance plan can be renewed at any time up to a maximum of 6 months after its expiry date (extension).

If the maintenance plan expired more than 6 months ago, please contact our sales department [email protected].

Discount scale:

• If you renew your maintenance plan before it expires (Early Bird), you will receive a 5% discount.
• A discount of 10% is granted for extensions over 2 years.
• If you renew for more than 3 years, you will receive a 20% discount on the renewal.

Any discounts will be deducted in the next step.
