Support for QuickHMI - How to get help

Welcome to our support page for QuickHMI. Here you can find out how you can get support for our software.
The scope of support for QuickHMI depends on the edition you have purchased and the status of your maintenance plan.

QuickHMI Professional and Ultimate with active maintenance plan

If you have purchased QuickHMI Professional or Ultimate and your maintenance plan is active, you can open a support ticket directly from the QuickHMI software.
Simply select the relevant menu item within the software and follow the instructions. Our support staff will take care of your request as quickly as possible.

Please proceed as follows:

Open the QuickHMI editor and navigate to the desired button at the bottom right.

Alternatively, you can also navigate to the help entry in the menu at the top and open the corresponding window there.

You can then make the required entries here and create the ticket. Our support team will then carry out further processing and get back to you.

QuickHMI Workstation, Workstation+ or expired maintenance plan

If you are using QuickHMI Workstation or Workstation+ or if your maintenance plan has expired, our community support is at your disposal. Visit our forum to ask questions, find answers and exchange ideas with other users.
