Usage, Support & Maintenance
What can QuickHMI be used for, what updates are included, and what support is provided? Community Mode is restricted to private, non-commercial use. All commercial editions include twelve months’ standard support and major upgrades for the duration of the maintenance plan.

Scaling
QuickHMI does not licence either runtimes or tags. Data sources, alarms, pages and concurrent accesses are unlimited in all editions, and any number of runtime environments are included. The only limitation is the 150-variable cap in Community Mode.

Overview of technical features
A detailed look at the runtime and editor features – from the alarm system, through faceplates and recipe management, to the AI tools. Most of these are available in all editions. User management, the permissions system and server operation are included from the Standard Edition onwards, whilst design customisation is available from the Ultimate Edition onwards.

Enterprise interfaces – data provision for external systems
QuickHMI uses data sources to collect values from controllers and systems. QuickHMI makes its project’s data available to external systems. MES, control systems or data logging systems connect to QuickHMI, read values and write them back, provided you authorise this.

Community Mode is free for private users, commercial use is not permitted in Community Mode. Prices for the commercial editions can be found on the ‘Buy’ page – with no time-limited licences and no daily limits, as described under ‘Scaling’.
